Connecting Access to Resources and Education - CARE Health, LLC was established with a clear vision: to create a robust network that connects individuals and organizations with the resources, support, and education needed to thrive. Our goal is to ensure that the community has easy access to valuable, up-to-date information about health services, wellness resources, and local initiatives that can make a real difference.

From this foundation, we created the Empower Health Expo—an event designed to bring together the community, health professionals, and organizations in an interactive, engaging environment. The Empower Health Expo goes beyond the traditional health fair by offering hands-on services, live demonstrations, wellness screenings, and opportunities for meaningful connections that can inspire positive change in individuals' lives.
